Booking

To Make an appointment you may call our spa at 716-695-KaLu (5258). A major credit card may be required to hold your reservation. We suggest making appointments in advance; however, we will always do our best to accommodate our guests.

Cancellation

Cancellation is required 24 hours in advance or your credit card may be charged 100% of appointment.

Age Requirement

If you are under the age of 17, parental supervision is requested when having any chemical services.

Check-in

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This allows time for leisurely check-in, a change of clothes, and a few moments to relax in the experience that awaits you.

Gift Certificates

Please present any gift certificates or discounts upon check-in.

Cellular Phones

The ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, cell phones are prohibited.

Refunds

You can exchange unopened products within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened products will be exchanged at the discretion of management.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service pricing. Gratuity may be added to large groups.
