Booking

To make an appointment you may call our spa at 716-695-5258. A major credit card may be required to hold your reservation. We suggest making appointments in advance; however, we will always do our best to accommodate our guests.

Cancellation

Cancellation is required 24 hours in advance or your credit card will be charged 100% of appointment.

Age Requirement

If you are under the age of 17, parental supervision is requested when having any chemical services.

Check-in

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This allows time to check-in, fill out any necessary paperwork, and a few moments to relax for the experience that awaits you.

Gift Certificates

Please present any gift certificates or discounts upon check-in.

Cellular Phones

The ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, cell phones are prohibited.

Refunds

No refunds are allowed on any purchases.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service pricing. An 18% gratuity will be added to groups of 5 or more.
